The Presidia is an apartment complex of 5 towers, which are part of the 75 Acre mixed use Pioneer Park development in Gurugram, the premier residential and business suburb of Delhi.

The 23 to 32 floor towers have a range of apartment types ranging from 2 to 5 bed rooms, twin level townhouses in the tower base with private gardens and luxury Duplex penthouses. The towers sit atop an elevated twin level basement for 703 cars which creates a unique raised ground level landscape.
